Pairing beer with wings for this Super Bowl
Yesterday on ABC News Austin Wilson, founder of Draft Mag, did a segment on pairing beer with wings for the Super Bowl. You can see the video here. In the segment, Wilson pairs traditional buffalo hot wings with the Stone IPA. He pairs honey barbque wings with Rogue Hazelnut and Samuel Smith Nut Brown. Wilson pairs blue cheese with the Meantime London Porter and the Fullers London Porter. Finally, he pairs bourbon chicken wings with the Petrus Aged Pale.
